Advantage is Rollem’s mid-volume Slitting, Scoring and Perforating model. This machine is designed with a shallow or low pile air feeding system that uses air to separate the sheets for perfect feeding and finishing of sheet after sheet. It is capable of feeding stock in excess of 400gsm.

This Turbo Suction Feeding system automatically feeds printed sheets to the Rollem Advantage. When fitted with crease tools this system offers the solution to fibre cracking when folding digitally printed materials.   

Rollem is synonyms with the very best in perforation and slitting available. This unit can be supplied with Rollem’s very own perf and slit tools if that is the main requirement. The Advantage, when coupled with the suction Turbo Feeder, can run at speeds of 15,000 sheets per hour. Sheets sizes up to 580mm x 610mm can run through the Rollem making it the perfect finishing solution for Digital and Litho printed media.
