Now in Stock at Glendale we have this 2018 Morgana Booklet Making System. The system has been refurbished by Morgana trained engineers and is in perfect working condition. Coming from a local government implant the system has been lightly used, having produced just over 90,000 booklets.

In today’s demanding printing environment, a flexible solution to booklet production is a must for all printers. Often there is a need to produce booklets from both digital presses and litho machines, or where covers have been coated or laminated. This Morgana BM2000 booklet system will handle those requirements with ease.

Booklets can be produced up to a maximum of 30 sheets of 80gsm - creating a 120 page document. The BM2000 has a user-friendly touch screen control for all set up. The interface controls the booklet maker, trimmer and squarefold units. Common paper sizes are pre-loaded making set up times a matter of seconds. Custom paper sizes can also be programmed when needed. The full system is modular, meaning a sheet feeder or collator can be added if required or in the future if workloads increase.

Booklet Maker - The simplest configuration includes the Booklet Maker and output tray to provide a simple solution to producing hand fed sets - stapling, folding and stacking.

Face Trimmer – the addition of the trimmer removes the shingled effect on the face of the folded document and provides a clean document edge.

Squarefold – this unit adds a square folded spine for a professional, perfect bound look to the finished book.

Hand feeding - Output from any print device can be manually fed through the booklet maker, face trim and squarefold modules.
