Now available from Glendale we have this Morgana PowereSquare 160 Booklet Maker. This booklet maker was first supplied in 2021 and has been on service agreement since. This model allows production of booklets up to 160 pages in capacity with sizes from below A6 to A4 landscape. Booklet making, trimming and sqaureback application included in the compact solution.

The all PowerSquare 160 delivers professionally finished SquareBack booklets to meet the needs of low, mid & high volume digital production printers. With an increasing number of printing systems able to handle long sheets, the production of A4 landscape booklets is becoming a very important application.

Hand feeding is often the most practical solution for digital printed jobs, where ease of set-up and flexible media sizes are important. Book quality is never a compromise with the fully featured Hand feed PowerSquare™ 160. Integral face trimming completes the booklet by removing the shingle-edge caused by folding multiple sheets leading to a professional sharp finish. All the key elements in the process, stapling, folding and book forming are housed inside a solid one piece chassis giving a very compact design which will fit neatly into most printing operations taking up minimal floorspace.

All booklet making operations are controlled by an intuitive touch screen user interface. As well as standard sheet and book sizes, bespoke job formats can be stored for easy recall of repeat jobs.

With an ever increasing demand for high quality booklets on a wider range of media the PowerSquare 160 will deliver booklets finished with the unique SquareBack finish to the spine. SquareBack books can carry print on the spine, just like a perfect bound book and are easy to handle, stack and pack.

The Power Square 160 can produce a wide range of formats including A6, A5, A4, and A4 landscape on stock up to 400gsm. Booklets of up to 160 pages of 80gsm, or up to a thickness of 8mm can easily be produced.
