MultiGraf Touchline CP375 Creaser Perforator

Now in stock at Glendale we have this MultiGraf Touchline CP375 creaser perforator. This CP375 performs cross sheet creasing and perforation in both direction of the sheet with start/stop capabilities. This model is in excellent condition have been serviced regularly since new. The sheet count is exceptionally low at just 50,000!

Perforating sheet width and lengthwise, time perforation in both directions as well as creasing are the key features of the CP375. This innovation fulfills many wishes of the print industry. The innovative creasing and perforating system feature a patented, inter changeable tool bar system. The tools are electronically detected and the relevant pressure is automatically set. Additional tools may be stored in the specially designed parking slots. 

Up to four perforating or slitting heads are available on the CP375 for in line work, all of them plug and play, this CP375 includes two of these with perforation heads. The setup is complete within just a few seconds on the touchscreen control panel. Produce your answering cards, vouchers, coupons, lottery tickets and much more within no time and in letter press quality. Due to the interchangeable tools, the Touchline CP375 can be diverted from a creasing into a perforating machine or vice versa within no time.

The Touchline CP375 is equipped with a pile feeder using vacuum belt technology and air knife control for a perfect sheet separation. There is no additional pump needed. This offers less noise emissions in a print room environment. The maximum sheet size is 375x660mm or 375x1050mm with table extension. 

Multigraf’s inspiration for this new product line was given by its name - TOUCHLINE. Press the button and off you go! By simply entering the necessary information through the touchscreen, the machine creates all settings automatically. A small, centralised, multifunctional operating panel offers all necessary functions for a fast production start. Repeat jobs can be saved in the memory for one touch recall.
