The BookMaster Pro booklet maker and trimmer is a fully automatic system with simple push button operation to adjust the side lays, end jog and staple/fold position. Standard sheet sizes are pre- programmed and custom sizes can be saved to memory for later use.

The BookMaster has a unique low impact stapling mechanism that ensures virtually maintenance free operation. The main wearing parts are included in the staple cartridge and are replaced every 5,000 cycles when the cartridge is changed. The low impact stapling mechanism with moving clinches produces flat, well-formed staples to the booklets. Capacity of up 22 sheets or 88 page booklets can be produced at speeds up to 2500 per hour. Booklets from A3 to A6 can be produced with ease.

The TrimMaster trimmer has a single self-sharpening hardened steel blade to neatly trim the fore-edge of the book. All trimmings are transported outside the machine to an external waste box allowing continuous operation.
