Morgana AutoCreaser 33 Pro with AutoFold Pro

Now in stock at Glendale we have this Morgana AutoCreaser 33 Pro with AutoFold Pro. This model is the latest machine with the ‘Pro’ touch screen set up. This AutoCreaser 33 Pro is in perfect working order, all the rollers and crease matrix are excellent. The AutoFold Pro is also in excellent condition and the rollers are free of any gouges. Having been regularly serviced since new these machines have now been refurbished by a Morgana trained engineer and is in excellent condition.

Operator set up and control is very easy using the intuitive 7” SmartScreen that controls all the main functions of the AutoCreaser Pro 33. Using the screen is simplicity itself, simply key in the sheet length (popular sizes are pre-set), touch the fold type for the finished product (all popular folds are pre-set)) and press the green button. The AutoCreaser Pro 33 will automatically calculate where the creases need to be and set them accordingly. Any minor changes to the crease position can be made by touching an arrow in the relevant direction. 

All settings and adjustments are made using the SmartScreen and as only symbols are used, no translations are necessary, making operator instruction much simpler. An alpha-numeric memory allows an unlimited number of jobs to be stored and named as you choose. Any changes to the suction drum, feed method, crease position and engineering settings are all made through the SmartScreen which we have developed and designed to make these machines the easiest machine to operate whilst also offering the highest level of production.

Both machines are turned on and the pre-creased sheets from the creaser are delivered directly onto the AutoFold Pro feed conveyor; here they are accurately registered to the side-lay before being folded as programmed and delivered onto a motor driven shingling delivery system which will ensure consistent, high quality stacking.

Perforation comes as standard on the AutoCreaser 33 Pro with a wide variety of wheels available to suit all applications.
