Multigraf EuroFold/Foldmaster 235SM

Now in stock at Glendale we have this Refurbished MultiGraf Eurofold/Foldmaster 235SM Paper Folder. This Swiss made folder had been used within a digital printer and is in great cosmetic condition and perfect working order. This 235SM has been refurbished and fully serviced by our Multigraf trained engineer. All operation manuals included.  

The Swiss made MultiGraf EuroFold is a simple to operate suction feed folding machine designed to handle a wide range of paper sizes, weights and types of fold, perfect for litho or digitally printed media. The powerful suction feed handles a wide range of coated or non-coated material and incorporates side lay alignment of the sheets before they enter the fold plates. The feed table also has a suction chamber to control curled or statically charged paper.

Paper size lengths of 120mm to 660mm and widths of 90mm to 375mm can be fed and folded at the touch of a button. Speeds up to 30,000 sheets per hour can be reached to decrease production times in line with today’s demands.

This model includes the optional CAF unit which makes the folder set up automated. 20 pre-programed common folds are stored and there is a 99 programmable memory for repeat job recall. Paper sizes and fold plates are adjusted automatically via the modern and simple menu guided control unit. The change to a new job is possible within a few seconds, greatly reducing production times.
