Uchida's most productive and versatile multi functional document finisher. This model offers slit, cut, crease and perforate all in one pass. Optional units allow jump and cross perforation.

Fast, Accurate and Reliable.

The machine is a highly accurate slitter, cutter and creasing device, that can take your oversized stock up to 370mm x 750mm (1600mm with optional extension) from a digital or litho press and deliver a wide range of finished documents. It can also perforate stocks both across and along feeding direction. The Cross perforation unit enables the machine to perforate sheets across feeding direction, both strike and partial perforation. Thanks to the intuitive 10″ colour touch screen, the AeroCut X Pro allows operators to set job programmes and operate the machine with a clear and easy to use interface.

The AeroCut X Pro Creasing Unit

The true rule & matrix creaser is equipped on the AeroCut X Pro, allowing the machine to offer world-class creases on digitally printed stocks. Creasing pressure can be adjusted in 5 levels instantly by shifting the lever.

Slitting / Cutting Units

The AeroCut X Pro features 2 single blade slitters to trim top & bottom margins of sheets, and 2 double blade slitters, bleed centre gutters and deflect wastes into a waste bin. The durable guillotine cuts stocks up to 400gsm in weight. All the slitter and guillotine blades are self-sharpening.

Feeding

The AeroCut X Pro’s air-suction top feed system feeds, precisely and without damage, a variety of weight and quality of stock one-by-one from the top of the ream.The feed tray has a stacking capacity of 100mm.
