The DSF200 feeder has two trays, one for cover feeding and the other for inner sheets. It has the capability of suction feeding coated and non-coated paper up to 300gsm. This model includes the optional static feed kit. Optical Mark Recognition is standard and includes upper and lower side or sheet, count and check, Mis-Feed and Double Feed detection. The bookletmaker will produce 80-page A5 booklets and the inline trimming gives a professional finish. 10 pre-programmed standard booklet finishes are loaded with 3 custom programmes available for repeat jobs. Set up is via the DSF2000 feeder control panel for the full job, all bookletmaker and trimmer settings are automatically changed. This system is very versatile and is capable of production speeds up to 2400 booklets per hour. It is the perfect solution for almost any booklet requirement.
