This is the Pro version utilising ‘SmartScreen’ touch screen technology. The AutoCreaser Pro 33 which is part of our print finishing equipment range provides the complete solutions to the problem of cracking when folding digitally printed media. It is equally effective in creasing litho or digital print, including laminated stock. The AutoCreaser Pro 33 creates a ploughing action that cuts through the top fibres of the media in order to create a perfect crease, without tearing or cracking. The AutoCreaser Pro 33 will crease from 80 to 400gsm weighted stock and will work at speeds of up to 11,000 A5 per hour or 8500 A4 per hour. Up to 16 creases can be made per sheet and the crease depth is adjustable. This model has the PosiFeed feeding system, this enables feeder to piled higher and will feed even the most difficult of stocks. Perforation is standard on this model and a wide variety of perf wheels are available to suit. The Pro model features the 7” SmartScreen control, using this screen is simple as it gets. All settings and adjustments are made by the touch of symbols. All popular sizes and creases are pre-set, the Autocreaser 33 Pro will automatically calculate where to crease and set accordingly. If you wish to crease A4 printed sheets to a finished letter fold, you only need to press two symbols – job done! An alpha-numeric memory allows an unlimited number of jobs to be stored by a name of your choice. This allows even easier set up by using pervious job recall.
