£POA – Please contact us for a price The Morgana CardXtra Plus is a multifunctional finishing system, which can trim, cut and crease in a single pass. This machine was supplied new in 2011 and has just been serviced by Morgana. In addition, it has also previously been serviced on a regular basis. It’s supplied with 3 cutting modules for all popular jobs. The CardXtra Plus has been manufactured to meet the needs of digital and litho printers who require a highly accurate finishing device. With run lengths shorter and personalised print on the increase the CardXtra Plus offers a reliable, easy to use, finishing system perfect for the print environment. The CardXtra Plus has a suction feed system with the ability to stack up to 500 sheets and feed automatically. It can feed sheet sizes up to SRA3 and then trim, cut and crease in multiple positions. The accuracy of the CardXtra Plus is top of the range with a +/- of just 0.1mm. This model has a unique registration mark reader which allows the machine to track the image rather than the sheet edge, making it perfect for digital printers where image shift may be a problem. The CardXtra Plus has the ability to produce an average run of 250 business card in less than two minutes. It can also feed SRA3 sheets, trim them to A3 and crease to produce a finished A4 4-page brochure. Equally easily, it can finish the same size SRA3 sheet to A4 and crease to produce two 4-page A5 leaflets. As a multifunctional machine the CardXtra Plus can finishing a wide variety of applications for many different print jobs.
