The AeroCut is a highly accurate slitter, cutter and creasing device, capable of taking oversized prints from a digital or litho press and deliver multiply finished products. Equipped with an image tracking sensor the AeroCut will overcome image drift and deliver consistently perfect cut and creased jobs. Print is passed through the AeroCut using a vacuum top belt feeding system. A straightforward and simple paper path ensure accurate trouble free movement through the AeroCut with reliable removal of the waste and edge strips. The AeroCut Quatro is pre-programmed with over 200 templates, which can be selected from the colour touchscreen. These templates are loaded for the most common sheet sizes and typical type of work. Thereafter an additional 90 programs are available for bespoke jobs which can be saved in the alpha numeric memory for fast recall. The perforation unit is not included with this machine. It can be ordered if required.
