Fujipla Almeister ALM3222 Automatic Roll Laminator

The Fujipla ALM 3222 Automatic Laminator/Trimmer is taking lamination of On-Demand Digital Prints to a new level, it’s a revolutionary breakthrough in lamination technology. The ALM 3222 will automatically feed, laminate and trim Digital Prints virtually unattended. This compact auto laminator is as easy to use as a copy machine and warms up in 5 minutes. Just load from 1 to 200 documents in the automatic feeder and press the start button. Each document is automatically fed into the laminator, laminated with the special lamination film, trimmed to size and then stacked on the collection tray.

Users of the Fujipla Al-Meister ALM3222 double-sided laminating system will benefit from reduced time and costs in production thanks to the unit’s fully automated operation. Setting up is easy and laminating can start after a single press of a button. Large volumes can also be tackled due to the machine’s 270 A4 sheets per hour maximum processing speed.

Higher quality laminating comes alongside the high performance automatic feeder on the ALM-3222. It has an anti-skew mechanism to detect and correct skewed sheets, making the paper feeding more stable for lamination and making the operator's day better! The feeder can be loaded with up to 200 sheets.

No manual intervention is required to set the lamination size. The ALM-3222 automatically selects the correct size after sensors detect the paper size, and trims according to the mode selected: with margin or without. These modes are easily changed, as is the size of the margin wanted.

There are 2 trimming modes, complete trimming of all 4 sides flush to the edge or leave a border on all 4 sides, all set in seconds. The Almeister automatically senses the paper and operates the internal rotary trimmer. No noise, no fuss and very little wastage.
