New JBI Alpha-Doc with Coil Die RRP £32145.00 Glendale’s 2nd User Model – Only £7695.00 The JBI Alpha-Doc is an automated punching solution for mid to high volumes. Many different die sets are available including, Wire, Coil, Comb, Velobind. This machine is the MKIII model and is in good condition. It has just been serviced by JBI trained engineers and is inclusive of a 4:1 Pitch Oval Coil punch die. The JBI Alpha-Doc combines versatility and ease with the production requirements of an on-demand automatic punch. Simply load the reception tray, press start and walk away. The Alpha-Doc will punch up to 48,000 sheets per hour. Paper is jogged from three sides to make sure that holes are perfect aligned ready for binding. The Alpha-Doc has a turnover device which keeps pre-collated work in the correct order for the binding process. The feeder has capacity for 6 reams, the same as the reception try. The reception tray automatically lowers to the ground and is on castors for ease of movement. Settings are controlled by the digital touch key panel for size format, speed, punch capacity and stock type. Sheet pick up and punch capacity can be programmed from 0.5-1.0mm. The Alpha-Doc will effortlessly punch stock from 70gsm to 300gsm. The Alpha-Doc can be easily moved due to having heavy duty castors.
