The BQ160 has a colour touchscreen which allows quick and easy set up of the binder. With graphical icons it’s easy to navigate. The touchscreen will also control your book clamping, bind style and nipping pressure, height and angle to help produce the perfect finished book. The BQ160 has a double pass notching function which helps to produce a strong bound book. It also has a uniquely designed glue tank which helps ensure superior glue application along the book spine. The BQ160 will also produce tape bound books and is capable of padding for your NCR and tear off requirements. The BQ160 Binder we have available also includes the CRB160 Cover Creaser. This creaser produces the four creases to the spine of the cover, automatically linking the size requirement to your book block. This CRB160 can crease 400+gsm covers, including laminated stock.
