Slitting, cutting and creasing digital printed sheets in one single pass, the models deliver efficient production output with minimum operator intervention, resulting in a reduction in waste and production costs. The DUPLO DC-615 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser models can slit, cut and crease sheets in one pass to produce finished products. Up to 80 jobs can be stored in memory then recalled to set the machine up automatically in seconds. An integral CCD camera* can read a job code on each sheet and load the correct settings without manual intervention. Integrated finishing reduces waste and errors caused by using separate unconnected finishing processes. The integral CCD camera* recognises the true image position on the sheet, ensuring cutting and creasing allows for paper shrinkage and image drift. An Air knife provides sheet separation to overcome static, while feeding from the top of the stack avoids image damage from sheets rubbing on each other.
