Packed with safety features from IDEAL’s Safety Cutting System, the 4860 is a powerful yet easy to use professional guillotine with automatic blade and clamp drives. A solid all-metal build, the system uses cutting blades made from high quality German steel. It has a 475mm cutting length and 80mm cutting height and comes with a stand, storage shelf, tool holder and stacking angle. Fitted with IR safety curtains the Ideal 4860 is up to 30% faster than traditional Guillotines, gone is the need to lift the perspex lid, when the job being cut needs to be moved. The optical cut line indicator, will ensure absolute accuracy. Fitted with the latest touch screen control pad, 99 programmes with 99 steps are available and can increase productivity by up to 50%.
